[S] Squares - Alsahil District

Haddad Architects participated in the international architectural competition of the [S] Squares strip mall design among 240 participants from 43 different countries. The competition was organised by Al-Salimi real estate company، Al-Dammam.

 

With a total built-up area of 52K square meters, [S] Squares is designed to create a unique user-centred, vibrant, and permeable urban mall in the southern side of Al-Khobar city (Al-Sahil district) to house a variety of entertainment facilitates along with retail and F&B shops embracing a spacious and eye-catchy plaza at the very heart of the project designed to accommodate different social activities and gathering nodes.

 

The spectacular blend of the open-air terraces, central plaza and the very bold architectural mass creates a dynamic and exciting user experience that engages the visitors. At every corner of the project, a new experience is evoked.
